Operations

Release checklist records credential replacement, runtime secret configuration, verification commands, and rebuild requirements. Treat every item as sensitive operational guidance and never commit live secrets.

UE AngelScript 5.8 upgrade records the verified 5.6-to-5.8 migration findings, compatibility patches, plugin ownership, and the Linux dedicated-server proof of concept, subsequent Jenkins verification, and remaining durable-source release gates.

Windows client build defines the build-machine paths, direct compile and packaging gates, unattended-cook plugin checks, and failure diagnosis required to produce the packaged Win64 client after an engine change.

Linux server build defines the Jenkins server-source boundary, immutable engine-image selection, plugin/Linux compatibility gates, temporary-patch retirement, packaging acceptance, and rollback checkpoints for the dedicated server.

UE AngelScript build and distribution defines the reproducible source build, Installed Build, portable archive, Windows registration, and the portable Linux build-container pipeline. The Linux flow explicitly separates producer-host artifact creation and structural validation from execution-host import, CI runtime, and project-build acceptance, including the validated Jenkins command and project compatibility requirements.
